A: For regular neutral products, delivery is about 15-20 days depending on quantity. For customized packing and logos, delivery is approximately 25-30 days.

A: We ship via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air for small orders (10-15 days). Official orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.

A: We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with 70% paid before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save bank charges.
